Ela and Larry have three daughters—Layla, Juliette, and Anna Rose that was born in 2021 blessed with Down syndrome. Anna Rose was the inspiration behind the “Don’t Fear Me” Foundation.
The campaign began with fine art portraits and has grown into a movement of storytelling, education, and advocacy. Through powerful artwork and heartfelt stories, the Hersbergers showcase the beauty, value, and dignity of individuals with Down syndrome. Their work offers hope to expectant parents, challenges outdated stereotypes, and promotes a message of love and inclusion. Currently, they are photographing hundreds of families and producing a documentary to amplify these voices worldwide.

With over 35 years as a commissioned and licensed artist his art is sought after worldwide, with clients in more than 50 countries.
Known as one of the most influential Christmas and Santa artists of our time, Larry Hersberger is often likened to a modern Norman Rockwell. Beside private commissions Larry's work can be found in stores across the globe. His work has been published on puzzles, boxes, cards, bags, texties, fine art, chocolates, and other merchants contributing to their widespread recognition and publication.
One of his notable contributions is the creation of "Santa’s Magical Gift®," a beloved children's book that exemplifies his talent for storytelling and visual art. Additionally, Hersberger is known for his Magical Santa Photography Academy, where he shares his knowledge with photographers and artists.

Ela's career began in high-fashion photography before she gained acclaim for her exceptional portrait skills, featured in numerous magazine editorials. Her artistic journey expanded into designing book covers for renowned authors, fueled by a passion for storytelling.
Ela's entrepreneurial drive was cultivated during her studies at a business school in Poland. With a business degree and extensive experience managing multiple enterprises, she brings innovation, creativity, and professionalism to every aspect of her artwork.
Beyond her artistic pursuits, Ela is dedicated to enhancing children's lives globally. As a Junior League member, she devotes her time to community service, particularly in supporting children with special needs. Her commitment to volunteerism is deeply rooted in her personal journey as a parent to a child with Down syndrome. Her overarching goal remains to leave a compassionate and enduring impact on the world through her art and philanthropy.
